All products sold are 100% new and unused.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

• ✅ 3 Days Replacement for manufacturing defects.
• ✅ Damaged/Used/Wrong Product? Notify immediately in front of the delivery person or submit an unboxing video with seal visible.
• ✅ Not Genuine/Wrong Item? Notify us within 24 hours.
• ✅ Changed Mind/Wrong Order? Inform within 24 hours, product must remain sealed & unused.
• ❌ No return/exchange for campaign/offer/discount items.

📌 Note:
– No return for dissatisfaction with quality (as we are not the manufacturer).
– Complaints without unboxing video or opened items will not be accepted.
– Minor description/image errors are not eligible for return.
– Customer bears the return shipping cost.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

• ✅ We can’t provide a replacement.
• ✅ You cancel before shipping.
• ✅ Product is out of stock.

🔁 Refund Time: 7-15 working days.
💳 Card Refund: 7-10 bank working days.
📱 Mobile Payment: 7-10 working days.

❗ Note:
– Partial pre-order payments are non-refundable after shipment.
– Cancellation after payment: BDT 1000 penalty, no refund – you may choose another product with the balance.

🛠️ Warranty Policy

• 🛡️ Brand Warranty: As per brand/distributor terms.
• 🔁 Replacement Warranty: One-time replacement for manufacturing defects. Scratched/damaged items are not covered. Processing takes 3-4 weeks.
• 🛡️ Relax Bangladesh Warranty (3 Days): One-time replacement for manufacturing defects. Valid only for products that mention this warranty on the product page.

📌 Note: If a brand/distributor discontinues their service, we can’t provide warranty support.

🚚 Shipping & Responsibility

– Customers bear return shipping charges.
– Delivery charges are non-refundable.
– Pack returns securely—damaged returns won’t be accepted.

📩 To Submit a Request

• ✔ Provide your Order ID, Email/Phone.
• ✔ Include unboxing video with sealed package.
• ❌ Misbehavior or missing info may cancel your request.

🕒 Processing Time: 7-10 working days (may vary).
